1. Make injection tooling: The first step in the process is to create the mold in which the shape of the desired part will be produced. The molding toolings usually are made by steel material with high precision in order to produc high quality products of the desired shape.

2. Injection molding process: Next, you need to prepare your liquid silicone raw, it will enter the injection mold through the feeding system to start out as a fluid and is then heated within the mold to initiate curing. With suitable molding parameters “such as temperate, speed, pressure, curing time, cooling time etc.”, the liquid silicone will be curring and become harden then the molding machine ejects the finished parts.
